ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION A new film due for release this year features a BASE jumper who died in a crash in the French Alps last year. BASE is the story of a wingsuit pilot, played by Alexander Polli, whose stunts were followed by millions on social media. Italian-Norwegian Polli was best known for flying through a narrow cave in Montserrat, Spain. BASE (buildings, antennas, spans and earth) jumping is an extreme sport that involves leaping from a fixed point - a building, bridge or natural feature - using a parachute. The film "blurs the lines between fact and fiction" by showcasing GoPro footage of jumps from iconic locations, according to its makers. The film is available Worldwide on iTunes and On Demand from November 6.
