Britain’s Mo Farah announces he's moving back to London with his family after splitting with coach Alberto Salazar. Rough cut (no reporter narration).
ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Britain's Olympic and world champion Mo Farah has split with long-time coach Alberto Salazar, saying he wants to move back to London with his family. The four-times Olympic and world champion posted a video on his Twitter page on Monday (October 30) explaining his decision. Distance great Farah moved to Portland, Oregon in 2011 to work with distance guru Salazar. The American coach has been surrounded by doping allegations for the last two years, which he has denied. But in the video statement, Farah said the reasons for him leaving Oregon were that he missed home and wanted to work with a new coach as he moves from the track to marathon running.
